As we are established in the Microtechnic’s Cluster in Besançon, we have infinite access to a wide range of skills; indispensable in this field: human resources, suppliers, service providers, R & D centres, etc. Our teams are made up of highly qualified engineers and technical staff who ensure that your project is well accompanied.

AMTE gives clients the chance to participate in the upstream phase of the project. This shared-conception of the process enables us to optimise costs and quality.

Our specialized service produces prototypes in minimal time, ranging from unit parts to small series of about 5 000 units.

Once the specifications have been validated, AMTE carries out the conception of the manufacturing process. This phase concerns the design, manufacturing and preparation of all the means of production (tools, moulds, specialized machinery, etc.) using high-performance technology.

We have well equipped 3D CAO/FAO software and an array of machinery to satisfy increasing demands for precision and rapidness: High speed automized center, wire electroerosion and driving, digital control rectification, etc.
The warehouse responsible for making the tooling has its own press machines to ensure the finalization and validation of the process.

From as early as the upstream phases, the production, purchasing, logistics and quality teams are involved to ensure the correct carrying-out as well as the ramp up of the project.
